How To plan Your Spa Day at your Home.

First, decide where you want to host a Spa Party. You don't necessarily have to host it at your own home, or another guest's home. In fact, it doesn't even need to be at a residence. It can be at a salon, Nail Shop, Community center, where ever you chose.

Second: Contact your Specialist and discuss dates and time

 Third: Create an Evite on www.evite.com or make a small Guest spa Invitation and give to each guest. Making sure you follow up at least 24-48 hrs. to assure attendance

Fourth:Purchase Wine, drinks and orderves, candles, robes etc.. your choice

Fifth: Time to have your Spa Diva day.
                   That simple!

Party Tips:

-Candles—assortment of large ones to use as centerpieces, and votives and smaller candles placed around the room. Don't underestimate the power of sunlight fading into evening in a room full of votive candles. You can get a lot of mileage from that simple trick.

-Have soothing music playing. Many libraries offer music on CD to check out, at no cost. This is a great way to offer symphonic selections you might not otherwise have on hand.

-Towels, robes—fresh from the dryer and folded into lofty cubes (use your best towels, of course)

-Refreshments Pitchers of water or chilled bottles of water , Wine, Cran Aloe Punch. tea, hot co-co, coffee

-Orderves - cheese and crackers, Strawberries and dip

-Send out invitations or emails, and call for a Spa Specialist at least 2-3 weeks in advance

-Make appetizers/salads night prior or morning

-Move most furniture out of a large room and create an open, uncluttered space, with only comfortable seating and select tables remaining

-Arrange items around the room—possibly create a "station" for specific spa activities

-Set the lights low and light the candles, light or spray scents, arrange robes and towels

-Arrange music

Have bowls of thinly sliced cucumbers available. This "treatment" for the eyes will cost you a whopping 50 cents for a large cucumber. Your guests can use the slices on their eyes during a pedicure, massage, or while listening to music.

Make a schedule of activities, and post it, so that your guests realize they are following a (loose) program. Not all guests need to participate in all activities. If you are going to offer a choice, you can schedule two events at the same time -- one group receiving facials, and one receiving body wraps or a massage, for instance. This will keep your schedule shorter.

11 AM to 4 PM is ideal for daytime events
11:00 - 11:30 - guests arrive, change into robes
11:30 - 12:00 - stretching or simple yoga poses to loosen up
12:00 - 12:45 - treatments
12:45 - 1:30 - light lunch
1:30 - 3:30 - treatment
4:00 - tea time; or departure

How many people need to be there?

Bra or Reshaper - You should invite at least 4-12 guests that want to be sized and interested in receiving a professional garment fitting at your home party. A courtesy call or email the day before assures they will come. Getting people to attend the home bra party will require a personal reminder at least 2 times before the event. Our experience has taught us that you will get around a 70% attendance rate with more than one call. Feel free to have them bring a friend. Everyone should experience this home bra party at least once.

What takes place at an HomeParty?

You gather your girlfriends, mothers, sisters, aunts and co-workers to experience and ambiance of relaxation and fun. It is a great girl’s night out! An Uplifting Makeover Stylist will do a short presentation on Product then each guest will be seen separately. Your Party can be what ever theme you would like.

What does the hostess get?

You will receive ½ off any chose of Product depending on party sales. You will also receive 50% of the total sale of the party, good towards merchandise (average sale of home parties are about $650.00).

How long does it take to get merchandise?
Consultants do carry inventory that can be purchased on the spot. When you custom order your garments through your consultant it usually up to 1week. Your order will be processed and shipped to your home.


What else will I need?

A successful home party simply takes your willingness to make it work! That means having a great attitude and making your guests, even prior to their arrival, excited about the event. That is what a home party is, an event! Think about events that you attend and what makes them exciting to you. What are the things that draw you to events? Whatever they are, incorporate them into your party. If you do, your friends will remember you and your FUN home bra party!
